Nails

By booking a nail appointment, you agree to the following:
A £15 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel your appointment with the required minimum of 48hrs notice then you can reschedule your appointment on one occasion.

If you are running late for your appointment then please let me know as soon as possible, although this may mean your appointment will be cancelled and deposits will not be refunded.
​
By booking your appointment, you confirm that you have no allergies to any nail product or products associated to nail treatments to your knowledge.
​
You must be at least 16+ years old to book and attend an appointment with The Studio Babe.
​
No children are permitted in the salon and you must attend alone.
​
The Studio Babe has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. You further acknowledge that The Studio Babe cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19.
The Studio Babe is making strenuous efforts to protect all concerned from the contagious nature of Coronavirus/COVID-19, but they cannot be held responsible if you become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19.

Courses

By booking courses either online or in person, you agree to the following:

You understand that the cost of the course is non-refundable. However if you cancel your course with the required minimum of 14 days notice, then you can reschedule to another course date on one occasion.

Online courses have a 3 month time frame in which you can complete the course before your time expires - this cannot be renewed and if you do not finish in time then you will need to purchase the course again.
Courses will be refunded in full or rescheduled if The Studio Babe cancels the course.
Only you can attend your course, the named student, this is not exchangeable and cannot be passed onto someone else.
You may be required to bring a model to your course, this will be specified after booking. In other cases you may be asked to work on other students and students may need to work on you. You should attend your course with no product on your nails.
Unless previously agreed to, you must attend your course alone.
All courses are taught in English.
Once you have completed your course, you must provide 4 successful case studies before you are qualified in your chosen course. This can be video or photograph evidence and must be your own original work. If The Studio Babe suspects that this is not your work, for any reason, you will be asked to resubmit and this could delay your qualification. Online courses require 4 case study images, a pre-recorded video and a live session over Zoom.
Filming the course or recording of any kind is not permitted.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
