Gaia is lovely. She was very thorough and detailed when explaining the brand and process of application. She was really patient and understanding that using this brand was new to me and different to using previous. With her guidence and knowledge throughout the day, I left feeling so positive and confident. I really want to get stuck in and fall in love with HONA.
